Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FaithOne app (the "App"), operated by Sandeep Arora ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Who can use FaithOne
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using it you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Do not share your account or impersonate any person, temple, guru, or organization.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant FaithOne a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content within the App so we can operate the service. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you post, and you must not upload content you do not have permission to share.
4. Acceptable use — zero tolerance for objectionable content
FaithOne is a neutral, multi-faith devotional space. You agree not to post content or engage in behaviour that:
- attacks, demeans, or incites hatred against any religion, community, or group;
- is violent, sexually explicit, harassing, hateful, misleading, or unlawful;
- exploits or endangers minors;
- is spam, a scam, fraudulent fundraising, or impersonation.
5. Moderation
Every upload is screened by automated moderation before it can spread; borderline cases and any possible cross-faith attack are routed to a human. We may remove content or limit accounts to enforce these Terms and our Community Guidelines.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by updating the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
