Delete your account & data

You can delete your FaithOne account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open FaithOne and go to your Profile.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently removed as described below.
Option 2 — By email
Email support@faithone.in from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account" and your username. We will verify and process the request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account we delete or de-identify your personal data — including your profile, uploaded reels and posts, comments, chat messages, followers/following, and interaction history — within 30 days.
What we may retain
We may keep limited records where the law requires it, or to prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents (for example, safety/moderation labels needed to enforce our policies). Such records are minimized and are not used to re-identify you for any other purpose.
